MAY IS MENTAL HEALTH MONTH

You are not alone! Nearly one in five (23.4%) adults live with some form of mental health issue. Over one in seven (16.5%) youth aged six to 17 are also experiencing some form of mental health issue.

You’re among friends here. I was diagnosed with clinical depression in my 30s, but had the symptoms since at least second grade when I contemplated suicide. I also have ADD, APD, ASD, OCD and probably more initials that haven’t been diagnosed. So I get it.
